Brzov Consulting – Return & Satisfaction Policy

This Return & Satisfaction Policy applies to all products, programs, workshops, consulting packages, and other services purchased through www.brzovconsulting.com.
1. Nature of Our Products & Services
All Brzov Consulting offerings are delivered online – for example:

Live virtual workshops and training sessions

Online consulting and strategy sessions

Digital resources, guides, and templates
Because these services are delivered digitally and often include customized advice or training, they cannot be returned in the traditional sense (i.e., there is nothing physical to send back).
2. No Returns for Online / Digital Services
Once a booking is confirmed or a digital product is delivered:

Services and digital products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

We do not accept “returns” of workshops, consulting hours, or digital materials once they have been accessed, delivered, or started.
Where required by law, any mandatory rights you have as a consumer or business customer will still apply.
3. Our Satisfaction Commitment
While our services are non-returnable, your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
We commit to working collaboratively and proactively with you to complete every engagement to your satisfaction, including by:

Clarifying goals and expectations at the start of the engagement

Providing reasonable follow-up support or clarification after sessions

Adjusting the focus of future sessions (where possible) to better address your priorities

Offering additional guidance, examples, or resources to help your team apply what you learned
In simple terms:
Our products and services cannot be returned because they are delivered online, but we will work hard to complete every client request until you are satisfied.
4. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Before Delivery)
We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule:

We will make every reasonable effort to find a new time that works for both parties.

Specific rescheduling or cancellation terms may be listed on individual product or service pages; where that is the case, those terms will apply.

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within a reasonable time after your session or purchase:

6. Legal
